The location of this villa was excellent for us, with many great restaurants within walking distance. The peaceful setting and fantastic views from the unique circular roof terrace were jaw-dropping. The private pool in the secluded garden was super, and the villa itself was modern, clean, and comfortably furnished. The homely feel and privacy of the property were mind-blowing, and having both a garden with a pool and a roof terrace with stunning views was a bonus. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, with lovely views and a perfect pool. The convenience of being just 2 minutes from a supermarket and within walking distance of a beach club and the harbor was amazing. The villa was well-maintained and in excellent condition. The villa manager, Hasan, kept everything nicely clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

I keep coming back because Villa Roxy is incredible! The staff helped with my elderly parents, making our stay memorable. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and even a Turkish bath. Can't wait to return for Easter!

I recently stayed at Villa Roxy for a week-long vacation. This villa is surrounded by a calm and cosy environment, with easy access to a supermarket and several restaurants and coffee shops. The villa itself is well-maintained and in good condition. Hasan, the villa manager, did a fantastic job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The pool and garden are great, and there are plenty of terraces, including a huge rooftop with amazing views. I highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again.
I do recommend this hotel.

Loved the free WiFi, it was a real treat to struggle with the connection while enjoying the air conditioning. The restaurant had great views of the garden, where I could witness the drama of trying to find a sun lounger by the crowded pool.
Such a shame they didn't have a doorbell, it was quite a mission to get the attention of my friends trapped inside the heavy gates.

The Villa has a very homely feel and is incredibly private with a beautiful garden and pool. The roof terrace offers stunning views of Kalamar Bay. The Villa is even better than the pictures and has plenty of room with multiple terraces. The host, Andrew, is attentive and the villa is well-maintained. The location is quiet and convenient, with a shop nearby.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The villa was amazing, with a unique garden that made me feel like I was in paradise! I loved the sea view from the terrace, it was breathtaking and the perfect spot to relax.- The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was so convenient.- The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals and save some money.- The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch for some entertainment in the evenings.- The villa had all the necessary linens and towels, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our own.- The air conditioning kept us cool during the warm days, and the balcony was a lovely place to hang out.
Personally, I found the tea/coffee maker a bit outdated, but others might still enjoy it.
